Teaching is one of the most important jobs in your town, in your country, and in your world.      Whether you teach early childhood, primary, elementary, secondary, or college, or vocational-technical school, just about all new teachers run into many of the same problems.  This is the place to find ways to work through them, and to share how you solved a problem of your own.
